IPC Media 2007

IPC Media as part of the Multi-national Time Warner group, engaged Planit during our first year in business to manage the relocation of their HQ, from 4 London sites to their new flag ship HQ at the Blue Fin Building, Southwark Street, London.

The project involved 3000 staff and 6500 linear metres of filing, media and a large stock of samples.

The physical move was scheduled over 8 consecutive move phases with an aggressive clearance project at the tail end, to meet lease end dates.

Through months of detailed strategic planning and communication, the moves were successfully executed.
