TS&W Relocation to Gresham St

In the early part of 2022, we planned and moved over 1600 colleagues of Tilney Smith & Williamson from four legacy sites across London city centre over four phased moves. A giant part of this move involved running a large filing reduction program of over 89% from 3628 metres to 387- the equivalent of 10.5 x the height of the Shard!
