Gazprom Marketing & Training 2011

Planit were appointed to manage the fast track relocation programme for Gazprom's 600 staff and their trading floor from 5 offices in Kingston, Surrey to their new HQ at Regents Place, London.

The project involved recycling 95% of the existing stock of furniture, a complete filing review and allocation, and developing a migration plan with only a 2 week lead time.
